From "Life"

"Anger ruins joy, steals the goodness of my mind; forces my mouth to say terrible things. Overcoming anger brings peace of mind, a mind without regrets. If I overcome anger I will be delightful and loved by everyone."
-Detective Crews on the new NBC series "LIFE."

Rings a little true for me.

President Hinckley gave a good talk on anger during the priesthood session.

I will look forward to reading it when the conference issue comes out.
Love the quote, Sayyadina.

Tristano said it first.

DB: Don't wait, o child of the physical-pages-age. Check it out in the glory of pixelated splendor.

I, too, love the quote. However, I love the touch and smell of the physical page. It is more conducive to pondering, I think. I'll wait for the published version, myself.
